The Bavarian ‘Academic China Knowledge and Experience Network’ (China Hub) is a project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) to promote personal and institutional China expertise in the Bavarian university and science landscape.

The project functions as a network for the ongoing generation and transfer of knowledge about new developments, needs and requirements in academic cooperation with China. At the same time, it promotes the exchange of Bavarian China stakeholders in the scientific community.
It is aimed at scientific stakeholders from Bavarian higher education and research institutions, in particular scientists and administrative staff.

BayCHINA is responsible for the administrative implementation and coordination of the China Hub project. In addition to the cooperating project partners UBT, LMU and TUM, the China Hub is open to all interested public universities and research institutions and their employees in Bavaria.
